"Had an appointment booked to have the brakes checked. Arrived a little early and had a staff member approach me to which I told him I had a brake test booked in. Got in the car, drove it back and forth and proceeded to tell me it wasn’t my brakes. I explained the problem and he said can’t be the brakes. I left and visited another garage, had my brake pads and disks changed and fault gone! My disks were bent! I will never use or trust kwik fit hatch end again!"
