When I went to pay for it, he asked for £10 and mentioned £5 was for fitting. When I replied that I wasn’t told about this charge, him and his colleague proceeded to be rude and mentioned ‘ this happens all the time’. Clearly they do not tell of costs upfront -it was a bulb fitting which I could do myself but as I had my one year old child with me, I thought I would ask for them to fit it in. I was extremely sad to have experienced this. They are terrible people and have no manners and both proceeded to shout at me - a female with a child. I would not recommend anyone to go there."
