"Shocked with the level of service I have received from these guys. Sales guy hang up on me in mid conversation because i kept asking, if he can give me an accurate date of arrival of my part. It's been over 2 weeks and still no sign of my parts which I have paid for in advance. I shall be getting a refund and never using these clowns again for sure. Avoid them"

"Avoid, their customer service is terrible. On 18/3/22 I started the process to return an order (which incidentally, had arrived a week later than advised) to Tomo Car Parts. It took 10 emails, and 3 phone calls before I gave up trying to get my money back for the returned item, and opened a claim with Paypal. I finally got refunded on 1/6/22 by paypal."
