"People need to be realistic instead of complaining , it’s a car parts suppliers so why do you have such high expectations , your paying next to nothing for your parts , they are all Chinese Japanese imports , the counter and warehouse staff are all on minimum wage so how can you expect them to be overly enthusiastic ? There is always a long que because these places are understaffed because the upper management are cutting costs so the poor chaps in the workshop are getting overworked to the point they give up and do what they can . Instead complaining and expecting so much be a abit patient , if you want world class service go to the dealership and pay more than twice as much for your parts . If you want parts for cheap as chips deal with the service you get , some people in slough are deluded and have to high expectations - be real - you get what you pay for in life ."
"Absolutely shocking to see how this place is being run. I had a terrible experience 3 years ago, thought it would have improved by now. My mistake, it has actually gone from bad to worse now. Long queues, one person to deal with all customers, super long waits. You could get on the busiest ride at Alton Tower sooner then get served at this branch. Just to collect online order it took 39 minutes precisely. No heating in the store, staff is dressed like working in North Pole outdoor. Feel really sorry for the people working in this store."
"Very poor customer service, always busy. I have been this place always busy and big queue. Only 1 staff member works and is not very helpful. I went last week to buy a screen wash it was busy. Only one guy was serving, and he was so sad looking young guy running in and put. I returned back and came back after 3 hrs again, the same situation. I thought it should be ok and lined up in the queue, waisted, and I waited 30 minutes for poor customer service. I had the item outside. Just pay £6 and go no way. Asked him, "Can I pay and go? No response from him he was carrying on looking at the computer. They should set up a self-service counter. Never go again. Maybe use online service"
"All the negative reviews don't even bother Euro Car parts. I don't know which people had to queue for 15 minutes. Whenever I come, I have to queue for roughly 20/25 minutes. One person is serving on the desk..... ALWAYS and one that one person goes inside to collect stuff, there is then no one in view for ages! Don't know if it's Euro Car Parts itself that's being greedy and trying to save money for reducing staff or if there is something wrong with this specific site. It's a nuisance overall!"
"I have used eurocarparts for over a decade, but no more. Prior to relocating, my local euros were great, polite, quick, knowledgeable. I made a point of going out of my way to use them for all my cars whenever they needed something. However, I relocated to a new area at the end of 2019, and the local eurocarparts branch in Slough is appalling. 1- EVERY time you go in, you're there for a minimum of 15 minutes waiting to be served- the site is a ghost town. 2- it's filthy, inside and out- I know it's a motor factors but clearly nobody gives a toss about its appearance. 3- there's barely anything on display, and what is there is years old, covered in dirt, and not priced up. 3- the staff are rude, abrupt and don't seem to care. I'm typing this review from their car park, as all I needed was an abs sensor- ordered it online to collect yesterday. Took the morning off work to collect it in advance of an MOT booking yesterday, and got the notice to say your item is ready. Went down to the branch, endured the ghost town vibe, to be told the part was "meant to be in stock but it wasn't. It'll be ready after 11:30". I couldn't come back because I work for a living, so returned this morning just after 8am. I waited for over half an hour while the chap serving me went out the back, listening to the staff loudly joking behind the door, and while nobody manned the desk to be told "we haven't sorted the delivery yet" and can't find your part. I refused to wait any more, and explained I'd come back after an appointment I had to get to. When I came back, the desk is empty once again, 4 people are queuing as usual, and another chap servicing (with a buff instead of a face mask slides the sensor at me. I ask about the £1.99 collection charge again, as I've had to cover over 30 miles in total and two wasted trips to finally get the sensor, and he says "no boss" and calls the next customer over. I hope someone from Eurocarparts reads this and sorts this site. I won't be back."
