They were thorough but knew when we wanted a bit of space to think things through, we were offered a hot/cold drink as soon as we walked in and tried out the mattress matchmaker, which proved itself when we picked a mattress it had recommended without knowing the recommendations! Thank you for all of your help, we can now sleep easy!"

"Fab experience. Got a bed and mattress free entertainment for the kids too while they bounced on the beds an helped us choose the right bed bedding an pillows to go with it all. Was fab from entering we were offered a drink as we arrived to then be advised what mattress we needed. All in all very positive experience. All something read and understand signs."
