"Recently bought a three piece Sherbourne suite to replace our old tired leather furniture. The delivery was on time, the chairs and settee was assembled with full instructions given and the old suite taken away without problem. A few weeks later we had a problem with one of the chairs which was resolved promptly and efficiently after a single phone call from us.
