"Place rather run down. Good main course was ok but the extras on the plate not available. Good price. I understand from the bar staff that I had the last ale to be served in the house because no-one likes it there. So I will not return."

"The perfect place to go and have a meal, chill with friends and also the live music over the weekend is an atmosphere I would definitely recommend with a DJ and also karaoke also! The bar staff are amazing and friendly and the food is delicious."

"Delicious food, big portions and great value! Had the bigger version of the fish & chips, and it could easily be shared between two people. The vegan burger was top notch, full of flavour and not dry at all! Staff was very friendly and the service was fast. The only downside was that the kids pasta was a bit dry, without much sauce on it. Can't really complain to be honest, got the offer that it costs £1 when you get another adult meal. Very good deal. Another let down was the back beer garden, it is not looked after at all, but it got so much potential to be really nice. I hope that the current manager sort it out, as it would be really nice to sit on the outside with kids, away from the main road."
