"The website was easy to navigate, the initial purchase went smoothly. Unfortunately on delivery the bed was damaged and the fabric stained. We refused delivery and the nightmare has begun. Poor communication, no information, impossible to track where it is, who has it, when it’s arriving! We are sleeping on the floor with a registered disabled child. This is unacceptable. The company has shrugged off the responsibility and put it on the delivery company. But how does that help the customer. Poor poor service!"
"Great service and great bed. Bought an Eleanor side lift ottoman bed and the quality is amazing. The bed is very strong and there's so much storage space. The best thing about it was that I could choose the fabric, the headboard and the type of ottoman, exactly according to how I wanted it. Would highly recommend."
