Reviews of Hope and Anchor
"Found this pub on google whilst staying in East London. Came in to 4 locals who welcomed us. Place filled up as there was a singer on at 9pm. Omg had a blast dancing the night away. Drinks good prices and amazing landlord who was super welcoming. If we’re ever in this neck of the woods (bit of a long way from Cardiff), we’d be back in a heartbeat. Thanks for being so welcoming."
"Congenial host, Robert,? good singer Peter Jay, lovely atmosphere nicely decorated and clean. Will definitely go there again."
"What u see is what u get. Kenneth Is a lovely bloke. Should get a craft beer in like siren or something to comfort those that recently lost their greenwich pensioner just around the block."
"Just popped in for a soft drink and to use the facilities and had a nice chat with the barman since it was empty. Very friendly and *gasp* inexpensive compared to other pubs. Would recommend if you're passing by."
