Took my details and called me the next day to say it had finally arrived. Fabulous customer service thank you!"

Made 2 formal complaints to head office now. Won't be using again. Will use the tesco up the road as i know they have been propoerly trained in customer service."

Polite and helpful, HOWEVER the whole store is let down by the sheer rudeness, impoliteness and ignorance of one of the staff members, a lady, blonde hair glasses, sour expression!! Cant even greet you with a simple hello this is clearly too much hard work for her, she communicates in tuts and sighs, I have experienced this on MANY occasions and due to this I no longer use this store."
