"We were really not satisfied at all. The "hotel" was dirty and one of our two booked rooms was not made. Also the garbage of the previous guests was still in the trash can, towels were not there and toilet paper was also not replenished. When we asked, the lady from the pub only said that she is not responsible for this. Rooms were totally cold and additionally every single word from the pub can be heard from downstairs. One day there was a live act and it was so loud that the floor even vibrated. I can really only advise against this hotel."
"Booked The Summerfield for my brother's wake following the funeral at Hither Green Crematorium. Joe was easy to contact, understood our requirements completely and laid on a fantastic buffet for the 35 guests. The pub had great atmosphere, the staff were friendly and attentive and all the guests left extremely well "fed and watered". Highly recommended."
