"Lovely pub, sadly not very welcoming. Upon arrival, the landlord proudly told us everyone was free to say what they like in his pub, shortly before calling a singer on the radio a "f#&&@t" before switching it off. A little later, I overheard three fellas at the bar discussing something on the news and one referred to a politician as a "n*&&£r-c@@n". We finished our drinks swiftly and don't feel comfortable going back."

"Would have given 1, honestly 0 stars for today but wouldn't be fair on my overall experience. Loved it, since I moved in new place and found this lovely pub round the corner. Jim and another lady have been very friendly. However, today, I just met new lady behind the bar, she tried to charge me extra. When I said that I always pay that amount, she seemed miserable and said this time she will do it. Really??! I've been coming here for the last 4 months! Never seen this pub so empty in all that time.. With the customer service like that, not surprised, tho.."
