"Paid £15 for an open sandwich at £7 on menu (picture shown), cappuccino and sparkling water, so charged £8 for water and coffee.. which seems extremely steep. Sandwich was mackerel with rocket and beetroot which sounded great on the menu but was a little bit small and disappointing overall. Price of drinks not shown on menus. This place has had a makeover but seems to have a generic pub feeling to it now. Staff pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Toilets clean."

"Very nice pub. Well worth a visit to eat, drink and play pool. In fairness they could do with a new pool table, but seems picky to mark them down for that. The food is really good. The beer is always spot on and the atmosphere during my visits has always been nice and relaxed."
