"Hi, went to mydentist on Newchester road for my teeth to be cleaned and also to have 3 fillings. I had a very pleasant time while the dentist ( Niharika Dahake) carried out her work on my teeth. All staff concerned were very polite and caring. After the numbness wore off i had no issues what so ever. Would recommend to anyone. Kind Regards Thomas Smith."

"Just rang for an appointment, been at this dentist for decades ... only to be told I've been taken off there books due to not being seen since 2018 ? This just happens to be in the midst of the world's biggest pandemic and subsequent mass lockdown for over 2years ? I calmly argued my case on deaf receptionist ears and was told I'd had to pay to be seen for an emergency and it would cost me £85 just to be looked at ..I laughed and was immediately hung up on .I was pleasant thru out the call so so pretty shocked at this treatment...they just want your money now ..not bothered about customer care ..very sad"

"I am the worst when it comes to the dentist. As a kid, I had teeth growing out of the roof of my mouth and had to go to a specialist to take them out, then in my early teens I had another 5 pulled out and it was a bad do. Needless to say, I have an incredible phobia of going. I've been to many dentist over the years, and my last dentist was pretty cold and didn't listen to me so I didn't go for a few years. During covid, I broke a tooth and needed it seeing so I went to the Rock Ferry practice and was seen by a very nice dentist called Sophie. Her and her nurse Kylie checked me over and I was in a bit of a state to be fair, having a panic attack in the chair, and that was just a check up. When I was told, I needed some fillings, needless to say, I was pretty nervous but I had to go. I went in and was taken in to have the work done, and I have to say, Sophie and Kylie were amazing with me. They kept me have my earphones in whilst they worked, at all times talking to me, and made me feel very safe and comfortable. I was booked for an hour and they did it all in under 30 minutes. Sophie was incredibly gentle, with a very soothing voice, and Kylie kept checking I was okay, even giving me a signal if I needed then to stop. My phobia is still present and going will always give me anxiety, but u can tell you now, as long as I am being treated by these 2, I will always go for my appointments as I know they do genuinely care. I wish I had these years ago as I might not have been so bad, but I'm really blessed that I have them now and with a bit of their help and advice, I might finally be able to get over this panic state every 6 months. Thanks to all the staff at (my)dentist at Rock Ferry for looking after this terrified over 50 year old finding wreck, you are amazing"
