Despite phoning to explain she may be late - and arriving 6 minutes late for her 1pm appointment - they cancelled and told her she would be re-allocated another one in 3 weeks time. Totally disgusted with their bombastic attitude.Got fixed up with another dentist - mine - who actually care about their customers. She won't be using them again."
