"Just moved this are and came here with partner to try find a local pub. Staff friendly. Limited range of beers. New owners (since 2-weeks ago) with ambitions to turn into a more club-like Saturday night vibe, which isn’t quite for us. Had a beef Sunday roast, which was nice. Reasonable price. Bit disappointed by presentation and overdone pre-made Yorkshire puddings. Overall, though tasty food! Lots of noisy sports on."

"Ordered a jacket potato yesterday for take out... It was tiny!! Smaller than a tennis ball! Very disappointed. And the cheese was the processed kind. I wanted the vegetarian pie but they didn't have!! Staff were friendly enough."
