"I use whetherspoons in Bedford often. Great beer prices, decent food and a pretty beer garden. It was filthy. having worked for many years in hospitality, service/ kitchen supervisor/carvery. The main aim of the game is a clean environment, prompt service and a welcome. Clean tables equals bums on seats. More turnover. Today I arrived around 4 o'clock. This was the state of Whetherspoons in Bedford. Shame"
"Contact head office, as we had very bad experience at the electrical wizard in Morpeth. The manager Laura excuse me and my friends something disgusting which another customer had done. Had an email back, more lies has been told abot us which we are not excepting. We will be taken this further and under no circumstances will this be getting dropped. Laura's management skills is absolutely disgusting."
"Access button for disabled persons assistance not working, staff using accessible toilet as their staff toilet. No toilet checks. Try to value disabled customers a bit more by fixing these issues. The accessible toilet isn’t there as a privilege. Head office will be contacted."
"I know Wetherspoons Manager have the right to refuse people of the license holder for no reason fine I understand a bit. But what don,t understand Is I got mistake and identity at horley Wetherspoons I was not in watherspoon 8 oct I went to see abba in London . I got kicked out for no reason on 9 oct because I was supposedly Abusive behaviour on 8 oct which I never did as was not at the pub atll. The pink hair girl manager and chef go to manager I thought you said She was they On 8 oct which I was not atll. I was there two weeks ago in Horley Wetherspoons she never kicked me out than. They making stories up about me which I think it’s very unfair Wetherspoons got to changed their policy because it’s not fair. Disability discrimination act in 2010 as I have learning disabilities autistic and Mental Health that really damages a person and affects them. I can’t do nothing about it I can’t talk to them because they’re refuse to listen to me and I can’t come in there or they would call the police so not worth it. And that was my nearest Wetherspoons. They for CTV footage shows them I’m not they 8 oct. They are practically accusing me of hitting staff and the Manager and the chef I do not physically do violence of any kind I don’t believe in violence it’s wrong."
"The Mary Shelley in Bournemouth. Sat outside with one of our dog's. My friend was purchasing a drink for us both , when a staff member stated rudely" dogs aren't allowed "as she was chewing gum then spat it on the floor. I politely asked why ? The staff member could not answer . I explained we were only sitting outside , to no avail . She called the manager ( no older that 20) who shouted at me again stating no dog's ..." No dogs policy you need to leave now " THEN PROCEEDED TO TAKE PHOTOS OF US. My friend by this time has purchased said drinks and brought them out side . To witness this verbally aggressive attack. My said friend burst onto tears and we left . Other patron's were disgusted at this approach from YOUR STAFF."
