"The Sunday roast was disappointing, one of the worst I’ve had. The roast potatoes were hard like biscuits on the outside and dry inside. The Yorkshire pudding was flat and stale. All the meat was mediocre (we got the sharing plate with pork belly, chicken, and beef). Our waiter, Ben is nice and I have no complaints."

"Great visit, Saturday afternoon. Dog very welcome inside. Haddock and chips meal very tasty. Scotch egg and piccalilli(this was magnificent) and Mac and cheese lovely and hot, served really promptly after ordering, great flavours. Staff very friendly and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Thank you"

"The Lamb has had another refurb and it looks great inside and out. The food is great and reasonably priced. The parmesan chips are great and have to be tried (thank you Ollie). If beers and ciders aren't your thing this is a really nice place for tea/coffee/hot chocolate (made with milk, thanks Ollie) and a snack or just dinner. Great selection of beers too!"

"Excellent Sunday lunch! Newly refurbished with brand new menu. We opted for the sharing Sunday lunch platter which had a cut of each meat from the regular Sunday lunch options. The roasties and Yorkshire were cooked to perfection and the Cauliflower cheese side was definitely worth it... Look forward to going back and trying their regular menu as the dishes sound amazing!"
