"I was extremely disappointed with my VapeHQ experience. I went in because I purchased a battery in late October, less than 3 months later, the battery has become faulty. I was then told that it was out of warranty by 2 days. I queried the warranty as previously I had been told 12 months and the colleague said it was 3 months for batteries and that other people in the store had been giving out incorrect information on warranties and this is a common thing with franchise stores. I was then told that 3 months is roughly the average time you can expect a battery to last, when every other battery I've had has lasted a good 18 months! I was then also told it could be because I was charging the battery via the Vape and not using an external battery charger, which is the incorrect way to charge the battery. I just genuinely felt like I was being fobbed off and did not feel like a valued customer at all. I will not be returning to VapeHQ after this experience."
