"There was a misunderstanding and the security were fair and kind to me and spoke to me like a human especially Dan marsh and Richie who were following protocol in a professional and non degrading way by trying to help me yet cracking on with the line they have a very busy job but they still gave me the time of the day to help me reunite with my mates after a long time not seeing them. the bar staff are also very lovely always smiling and looking out for you I think her name was Anna very kind recommended going here they’re lovely but don’t take them for granted :)"

"The exceptionally handsome manager (think his name was Josh) that served me was an absolute dream. We ordered too much food and he kindly got takeaway boxes and packaged everything up for us. Even gave directions and recommendations for things to do in the evening! Wish I could have taken him home instead of the food"
