"Was craving for fish and chips. And it was worth it!!! Been there asi had an hour before my flight and it was a good decision. The food took around 12 minutes to arrive and fish quality was really good and fresh. The chips were no too bad and were perfect with mushy peas/sauce. Overall - I would recommend to give it a try. Polite staff and helpful. They have a flights status screen inside the restaurant. Just easier to know the status."
"Came here for breakfast due to early morning flight. Not many options in terminal 4, didn't fancy Costa nor pret so came here. Staff friendly enough. There were a few tables of people yet they insisted we sit at particular squashed tables. Only 6 items on the menu were available, no poached nor scrambled eggs only fried. Same again with the drinks, most options not available, e.g. Americano available but not other coffees. We ordered the "Number one". When it came it was obvious that the food was food that had already been cooked and had been kept warm and was just being dished out. Absolutely horrible. Compared to wetherspoon they are rubbish, I guess they have managed to survive with this level of service because there are few alternatives in terminal 4. Not coming here again. No vegan/vegetarian options available either, so don't even think about it if you don't eat meat. Just noticed that other people have complained about the same things I have, wish I read the reviews first before coming."
"Very bad service. We were greeted by snobbish but polite greeter. We requested for water as my wife had to take some medicine. he replied by saying the waiter will help you. In spite of not being busy it took ages for waiter to come and he spend the next 10 mins in table assignment due to some issue with their system. We again requested for water which was finally given after repeated request. We ordered: 1. Halloumi. Very good 5 of 5 2. Fish and chips. Fish very oily and chips stale. 2 of 5 3. Cesar salad. Vegetable was fresh but no Cesar dressing at all. We asked the waiter and it was provided. 1 of 5 How can a Resturant go wrong with Cesar salad. A Resturant to avoid when on T4"
"Monday evening and the terminal seems pretty quiet but there's a queue to get in for a pub dinner before you fly. Menu seems to have plenty of options. Let's go... Didn't pan out terribly well. We chose 2 meals and 2 drinks. "Sorry, no pizzas"..."sorry, no Veg Curry"..."sorry, no Hoxton cider"... "Sanpelli...oh no sorry we don't have that"... Literally everything we wanted was not available. So bangers and mash and a Veg pie was ordered. Peroni and Fevertree stood in for the drinks. Food came fairly quickly. Veggies that came with the pies was overcooked, but mash and gravy was OK. Peroni was cold and wet. So in the backwater that is Terminal 4 this might be your only hot food option and I've had worse in English pubs so maybe that's a plus. Just don't get hung up on actually getting what you wanted and you will be fine."
"Very long wait to get seated (20 min) and to order (10 min). When I finally got to order they said they were only doing burgers and fish and chips. I asked if they had gluten free bread for the burgers because on the menu they had lots of gf options. They did not so I had to get a sad looking burger without bread. Asked for a apple and elderflower juice and they said they weren't doing cocktails? When our food came I squirted some tomato sauce on my chips and a skewer came out of the bottle (see photo). Someone must have put it in there. Disgusting. Very understaffed but the only option in terminal 4."
