"Just not worth it. Elise forgot steps in fitting a wire retainer, and didn't bother to introduce herself or ask me about my prior treatment. She didn't notice that my bite would hinder the staying power of the top retainer, even though I told her several times. Two stars for the nice reception staff, and for the 50% refund I got when, one week after I had the thing fitted, the top retainer came off. Bear in mind the practice only thought to look for my retainer fifteen/twenty minutes AFTER my appointment time. Elise hid from me and spoke about me as though I wasn't sat waiting in the waiting room. Two months later, the bottom retainer has come off. Thanks, Elise :) I didn't have the money to spend on my teeth, but thanks to your shoddy dental work, I now have to pay out another one hundred euros just to get it fixed."
"I had previously experienced some awful & painful visits to the dentist until I found this surgery, the staff are all really helpful & friendly & put you at ease from start to finish so that your visit is a pleasant one (I have never been able to say that before in over 20 years of visiting the dentist) I had numerous complaints about my teeth when I had my first visit here but 2 years later I have a lovely healthy straight smile after some great cosmetic work from Dr Walker.
