"They said they delivered an afternoon tea today but they didn't we sat in waiting and have ring doorbell ..nobody came!!!! ..they are liar's disgusting service would not recommend ..waste of space"

"Don't understand how this company is still up and running. Extremely poor service and zero solutions offered. I had to ultimately go 10 miles to the depo to collect my stuff because the staff just threw their hands up."

"I missed a delivery, so requested it be delivered on the 14th. this was ignored by the company and they attempted a delivery on the 9th and 12th. I missed both of these as I was away. however, because they attempted 3 times they will no longer deliver unless the company sending the parcel confirms it. the parcel contains medication, and because of their screwup I will not be able to access it for several days. I have had many, many more problems with APC."

"I am not one to leave a review, but my god dealing with APC Manchester has been by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced. To summarise, no communication on when the delivery is scheduled for. When I finally got through to them I was told that apparently an attempted delivery was made a couple days before, even though I received no communication in-advance of this. When I queried customer service, I was told I should have received a phone call on the day a few minutes before delivery ( I did not receive a call) and they are unable to give any advance notice. The delivery was then reschedule for the next day, leaving me frantically changing my schedule around to accommodate this ,and suprise suprise the package was not delivered. When I finally managed to get through again, a new delivery day was scheduled and I was now informed that I needed to call in at 8am on the day to find out the delivery window. It is now the day itself and I've been trying to get through to them all morning to no avail. I have now decided it might be quicker to cancel my order and purchase the goods from a different supplier entirely. Update- After finally managing to get through after trying for 3 hours, I am told my package is still at the depot and it will get delivered tomorrow instead, again the usual spiel of having to call in the morning to find out the timeframe. This is now beyond a joke."
