"Absolute joke of a dentist. I've held off leaving a review for months but I've had enough. In March I went in for a filling. The dentist Huda drilled that much of my tooth away that it was down to the gum and there was a permanent pain and sensitivity that was never there before. The fillings she provided kept coming out, getting replaced etc, each time trying to fix the pain and sensitivity but failing every time. After months of back and forward I was booked in today at 4:30, I arrived to my appointment to find out that the lady at the desk never bothered booking me in and that the appointment doesn't exist. Although apologetic, the ladies on the desk were not helpful in the slightest, no suggestions, no trying to squeeze me in, nothing. I am now here with a huge hole in my tooth, a sharp tooth that is cutting my tongue and an unreal pain/sensitivity to hot and cold, I go on holiday on Sunday with this because of the incompetence of this dentist. Avoid if you can."
"THIS DENTIST IS THE MOST DISGUSTING CUSTOMER CARE YOU COULD EVER IMAGEN . I HOPE THE PUBLIC SEE THIS AND NEVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE TOTAL DISGUSTING TREATMENT I HAVE EXPERIENCE . I PAID £1.100 FOR PRIVATE DENTURES . THE FULL TOTAL IV PAID IS £1.400. ON THE 27 JAN 2022 I WENT TO COLLECT MY NEW PRIVATE DENTURES. THIS WAS MY NIGHTMARE . THE DENTURES WERE MILES TO BIG THEY WOULDNT EVEN FIT IN MY MOUTH TOGETHER . THE LADY DENTIST UPSTAIRS . S .B. INITIAL. WAS FORCING THEM INTO MOUTH PUSHING HARD . AFTER THAT DIDNT WORK I SAID THEY MILES TO BIG THERE NOT EVEN RIGHT . I COULD TELL SHE WAS GETTING QUITE HIGH RATED AND SAID TO THE ASSISTANT GET ME SOME ADHESIVE. THEN SHE TIRED COVER THE LOWER DENTURE WITH ADHESIVE AND TOLD ME QUITE SHARPLY TO KEEP MY TONGUE STILL . OF COURSE IT DIDNT FIT. . I SAID NO THATS IT THERE NOT RIGHT . SHE THEN SAID DID I MAKE YOU THE LOWER OLD DENTURE I HAD . I STATED NO . RIGHT SHE SAID THEY WILL HAVE TO BE RELINED . I JUST FELT SICK IN SHOCK . NEVER EVER HAD I EVER BEEN TREATED DO BADLEY . THE RUDENESS WAS ALL FULL . I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT . AS I WAS WALKING OUT . THE DENTIST SAID THAT WILL BE A EXTRA £388 POUND . THATS IS TOATALY UNEXCEPTABLE AND THE FACT I HAD PAID PRIVATE. I WAS SO UPSET I CANCEL MY NEXT APPOINTMENT . THE ONLY NICE THING ABOUT THAT DENTIST IS THE RECEPTION S .TINA . LOVELY FRIENDLY . I GOT STRAINGHT INTOUCH THE DENTAL CONPLAINTS ORG . UK . I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD PAID £1.100 FOR PRIVATE DENTURE S . WHICH I HADNT GOT ANY DENTURES AND THR FACT THEY EXPECTED ME TO PAY ANOTHER £388. POUND TO HAVE BRAND PRIVATE DENSTURE S RELINED. I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS INTITLED TO GET A FULL REFUND . UNDER THR DENTAL SALE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE . I HAVE CONTRACTED THE MANAGER BY EMAIL MORE THAN 4 TIMES NOW TO ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK . AND STILL TO THIS DAY 30 MARCH . I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY . THE DENTIST WH0 MADE THE TEETH TOLD ME BY EMAIL IT WAS MORE OR LESS MY FAULT BECAUSE MY MOUTH HAD CHANGED . WHICH ISNT TRUE AS I HAVE MY OWN DENTURES I WEAR FOR OVER 2 YEARS . AND THATS ALSO WITH THAT COMMENT MAKES ME THEN QUESTION THE FACT THAT IF MY MOUTH CHANGED IN ANOTHER MONTH ? SHE HER SELF WAS STATING THAT THE PRIVATE DENTURES WOULDNT FIT ANYWAY ? I HAVE NOW TAKEN LEGAL ADVICE .AND I HAVE CONTRACTED ALL QCQ AND OTHER GOVERNMENT BODIES . . THE FACT I HAVE NO PRIVATE DENTURES. NO REFUND . THE FACT THEY WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK . THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY SINCE 27 JAN. 2022. NO APOLOGY NOTHING . I HAVE EVERY INTENSTION TO BRING IT TO MEDIA . THE STRESS THEY HAVE CAUSED . AND THE ON GOING STRESS BECAUSE THEY WONT REFUND ME MY MONEY AS THE DENTAIL LAW STATES I AM FULLY WITHIN MY RIGHT S . "Changed my appointment multiple times. When I turn up they tell me they tell me they can't do it cause I'm late then tell me oh the receptionist didn't say you where here so we can only do a quick check up to see what needs doing. I then book in for the 12th Jan to have the treatment to be told oh they can't do it (when I get there might I add) because the dentist fell behind. I rearrange for today 4th Feb, to be told oh its just a 15 min emergency appointment when I booked to rearrange my last one to have my fillings done, then they say, oh it's cause you didn't turn up on the 12th Jan!!! When I did, they just couldn't do the appointment cause THEY fell behind. I'm absolutely sick of not being able to get treatment done here. My anxiety is bad enough visiting the dentist without having to rearrange appointments and my days off."
