"Succesfully lost my parcel, a well package vehicle part weighing 40kg on a pallet. Pretty hard to lose. The collection was made by a guy in an unmarked white van, who knew what my part was as he had previously worked in a BMW breakers yard!!. In addition to the 'dodgy' collection, the customer services team have been worse than terrible. I have chased them daily with no positive feedback. Not once have they proactively messaged or called me. The service I recieved has been terrible, and really concerns me for future delivery. If it's important, pick another courier."
