"I loved this coffee shop more when the guy (I suppose the owner) was running it. He was always nice and welcoming and new what he is doing. I have been there recently few times when the girls were there and the quality of coffee or customer service is just not that good. I am sitting here right now and there is a girl with glasses and some other one (I am thinking some trial shift or new employee). The new girl was doing a good job but I came when another 3 people where ahead of me and she was just doing everything by herself while the other was sitting on a chair behind counter on her phone and just looking at her. I was waiting for my order to be taken at least 5 minutes (as she was preparing some toasties) while the girl with glasses was just sitting there did not say a word to me, like I am sorry I am on a break or anything. I find it a bit rude sit behind bar on your phone while you have customers waiting to be serve and if I see new employee stifles with being fast and organise as a someone who supervise me I will give her a hand no?"
