"Cannot name the company but they trusted jsp to store £11k worth of heat treated pallets trailer no 1091SP when it was brought back to their Manchester yard in December 2021. JSP have a contract a pallet company in Manchester. Cannot name the company. They sold the pallets there. Then they used that same trailer to get more pallets from various sites to sell them. When they got some pallets from other sites and ‘the company’ ended up coming unexpectedly to collect the trailer, all elaborate lies were created that the £11k pallets were stolen and lies jsp saying they put the trailer in top yard which they never put the trailer in top yard, lies stating they checked cctv and talked to owner of top yard. Trailer was always in main yard and pallets were sold after a driver finished job."

"Hello Mr Boumphrey I’m contacting you today about JSP Haulage in Swinton, Manchester. They are sub-contractors to Amazon in and around the northwest. I need to make you aware that this company you sub-contact are breaking drivers contracts, not paying them there wages, forcing them to drive over there hours, threatening them with violence if they don’t do as they say and also making drivers take defective trucks out on the road and as you will well be aware of is highly dangerous and with these people being the face of Amazon at the time is not a face you would like your company to be associated with in my opinion. I have reported them to trading standards, ACAS, and I intended on taking them to a tribunal next as they are refusing to pay me wages owed and I will also be contacting offer authorities and will be shaming this company on social media and any media stage I can as there codes of practice are diabolical. Where he called my wife stupid. And still maintains. He owes me nothing. And thinks it's funny to withhold a drivers wages. Please do not put any work.this company's way."
