"Inconsistent levels of service!! Most recently this was Shocking service! Parcel lost right before Christmas! Callcentre and live chat of no use as they check the same information that the website shows! Apparently the backlog is stacked so high, that you cannot collect from the depot!! DHL WAS Probably the best carrier out there, however they have joined other big carriers who have really dropped the ball!! Thanks but I’ll use Parcelforce in future! This is unfortunate as they could be the best!"
