I recently moved back to the UK from Canada and was trying to get my dog who had just come off a flight at Heathrow and who is also a very nervous traveller, to my new home in the North of England. The staff that I spoke to were thorough in explaining the whole process and walked me through it with care and detail. In the days leading up to my dog's flight, I called several times to ask new questions and they were always kind, understanding and unbelievably patient. I was well informed throughout the whole process of my dog being cleared at customs and given updates every few hours, information that was gladly received as I was extremely anxious about my dog being alone and afraid.
