"Even though I told the lad Inthe shop that I had no money so would not be making a purchase on that day he was still really helpful which makes a refreshing change. As a novice to vapes he took 20 minutes to explain everything and which would be the best option for my budget. He really is an asset to the company and it's rare that staff like that come along so my advice to management is you want to keep hold of him as long as possible.
