"So unreliable. Booked a taxi home from the train station at 11pm, booked 12 hours in advance. They cancelled the taxi less than 10 minutes before it was due. There's no reliable uber coverage in the area to use as alternative. Wouldn't answer the phone. Apparently they're happy to let a young female walk home in the middle of the night. Definitely not the first time this has happened either."
"We went to a concert in Victoria park ordered the taxi waited an hour and half and instead of telling use they wouldn't pick us up they kept saying they are on their way until they started picking up the phone releasing it was us and hanging up the phone. At the end both our phones died and we was stranded in a city we did not know. We are two young woman and to think a firm put us in this predicament is disgraceful. I would not recommend this taxi ferm to anyone becouse god knows how we survived last night if it wasn't for good people helping us out I wouldn't know what we would do"
