"My girlfriend used the service for the first time and the guy was really gentle and really helpful. So I decided to use the service and booked the taxi. I told the guy 4 times that a I was near a specific hotel and he kept asking me do you stay there but no, it was only to let him understand where I was. Then during the travel I asked where it was the taximeter, just to know the price, he showed me the taximeter that was on his door side hanged to the wheel. Rudely he asked me if there was a problem with that with no reason as I told him I wanted only to check if he had it and because I told him that my girlfriend told me it was quite 30£ for the ride. At the end, because I was paying by card, he first told me that I had to say it before then he said it was 1£ more for that type of payment. After hearing that I told him, that is was strange as my girlfriend didn't tell me about it and he suddenly changed the price like he was doing me a favour to not pay the extra pound. Horrible experience, no more."

"Used this taxi company when we were in Knutsford for a wedding. We had 6 trips booked over weekend, the drivers were on time and very friendly. We changed our time for return pick up which they weren't happy about as it was busy Saturday night for them but they still manage to pick us up on the new agreed time. We would definitely recommend this company if you are in Knutsford area. Excellent."

"Had a bad experience with this company. Didn't collect my fiancee on time from the hotel on the morning of our wedding. Booked for 7.40am, rang at 7.50 saying they would be 25 minutes late. In the evening, the Taxi driver complained to us (bride and groom) about how long he'd had to wait for us to be finished, at our wedding. And indeed tried to enter the venue to get one of us to come out. Note that he came early then complained about the wait, wanting to charge us for the time he'd been waiting before our booking was due! Then got lost trying to get us to the Mere. It was a comedy of errors. I'd really struggle to recommend this company. Edit: the reply below just shows how obnoxious and awful this company is. Use at your peril. Imagine being rushed to leave your own wedding by a taxi driver. Never heard of anything more ridiculous in my life."

"First time using this taxi company, and it was a poor experience. We booked a taxi for a collection at midnight, and a fee was agreed. When the time came, we were all waiting by the window to see if the taxi had arrived, but there was no taxi or call. We attempted a few times to ring them but it went straight to voicemail, and we left a few voice messages. After about 50 minutes, we managed to get in touch with him, and he said he had been waiting outside at midnight (though we were sitting by the window and there was no one there). He was quite rude over the phone, and we finally decided that we were not impressed with the service and went with getting a taxi from another company, which turned out to be a lot cheaper and more reliable!"
