Undoubtedly, I do not advise you to rely on this service at all. They do not deserve even one star. It is horrible to wait for them for more than half an hour and be late for your appointment and have a crying child with you They are just wasting time with no explanation from the staff."

"These people are a joke, I ordered taxi to big tescos in Salford he couldnt find it then eventually told me to walk to the petrol station nearby and he was not there. Then a passer by told me taxis normally went around back of Tescos and he was there talking on his phone and I tried to open door at back as I had lot of luggage but he had locked it and wouldnt open it despite the fact of luggage and downpour of rain and told me to rebook taxi as I was late.I said open the door so I can put my luggage in first so it didnt get wet and he refused while still talking on his phone, at this point I told him where to go! Never use 1 star is too much"
