"Went here today . The usual staff not around . There was a really pushy rude manageress throwing her weight around. Was rude to my client who kindly asked if she could have her coffee in her own cup that is on the premises as she has a disability, the manageress was rude saying she didn’t know where it was . She didn’t even try to look for it . Then she shouted at my client who is autistic that her card hadn’t gone through , like she was going to run out the shop , what’s wrong with people , also the tea has gone up from £2 to £2.60 in one week . When I queried it I was shut down with everything has gone up . It was a cheap pg tips tea bag ! I won’t be coming here again unless the nice staff are coming back ."
"Amazing staff! Great food! Manager/owner and the main guy who work here go above and beyond to make sure customers are very happy!!!! Will def be coming again"
"Enjoy my cup of coffee (or 2) as a reward on my daily walks. Very friendly sites also in Richmond and Ham Common. The food is excellent and the staff all very friendly - a pleasure indeed."
"It's ok, but not a patch on the flawless Cafe Verde two doors to the left. Loud radio always blasting news and 80s hits on order or the management, bit tatty, cooked food is disappointing. Not dog friendly. On the plus side, their coffee and baked goods are really nice, nice muffins, and the staff themselves are always friendly and accommodating."
