"Absolutely shocking service. They had my house deeds after the fell through I went to pick them up and they refused to hand they over, even though I had the receipt and ID. They lied to me saying they had returned my house deeds to my solicitor and actually gave me the date of postage. Only to find out weeks later they had not posted them and were never going to. I had to call in person again to pick them up in the end Very unprofessional."
