"I went in with my daughter for a delicious gingerbread latte. I sat and wrote a few cards out after the assistant kindly lent me a pen. There was a little boy on the table next to ours and he was a real credit to his mum, very bright and polite. Of the two Costa's in Hornchurch that one is my favourite as the staff are more relaxed."

"A couple of us wanted something refreshing due to it being slightly warm that day and ended up going to Costa... The place itself was like any other from its chain, the service was fine but for some reason, the drinks they purchased wasn't as good as they expected and one was thrown away after a handful of sips. Getting here via public transport, Emerson Park (Overground), Hornchurch/Upminster Bridge (District line/Hammersmith & City) or the 165, 193, 248, 256, 370 and 372 for Hornchurch Town Centre (Stop G)."
