"Got taken here by my children. Apparently, Nan and grandad used to treat them to ice cream here. Been using the place for years now. Regularly go here for a coffee, light lunch or breakfast (and ice cream of course) Really great place with good service, and reasonably priced. Handy for when the children wanted to go to the Upminster park and needed a drink afterwards. Even though they're all grown up now, we still go in."

"Popped in here as I do occasionally for teas. The service was excellent and the place very nice when you are parched. My partner had the jacket potato beans and cheese which she thoroughly enjoyed. And it looked very good indeed. They do alternative milks for those like me that are either vegan, lactose intolerant or personal preference. It would have been nice to have seen a few vegan options but lots of places now do so I ate elsewhere. We went back for a beer afterwards and my other half had a cocktail. Good place to visit and take a break."
