I found Neil & the team extremely helpful & professional. "Had a clutch changed, initially I was told £480 on the phone but after work was done, I was charged £480 + VAT = £574. Since when in the UK is VAT charged separately from the total cost? They done a brilliant job with my car but beware of sudden hidden fees."
