"The worst Starbucks Iv been to. Staff are unhelpful and miserable. Just like most fast food places now days they spent their time making drinks that were going to be delivered rather than dealing with the actual customers that were in the store. I’d also question the hygiene of this branch, It’s not the cleanest…the staff don’t even look clean and presentable to be honest. My regular drink order which I get almost daily elsewhere was gross this time around! I Wont be visiting again in a hurry."

"Starbucks, South Woodford I used to be a regular at Starbucks South Woodford, I used to visit at lunch every weekday until one time a couple of months back my frappachino has little sediments of foil inside at the bottom of the cup. I called the store and they said they would investigate it and call me back. I never received a call back, so I decided to call them later that day. I spoke to someone over the phone who was rude and strongly dismissed the fact that there was foil in my drink, even though I have photographic evidence of the sediments in my drink. They then told me to contact head office, which I will be doing. The next day I went in to give them another chance, they were rude and had a really poor attitude towards me. I will never be visiting this branch again. You've lost a regular, returning customer."
