"This Muffin Break is inside Lewisham hospital. It is a little on the pricey side but the food and coffee are very good. I am prepared to pat a little more for an excellent coffee so I try and get here when I am working at the hospital."

"Had a delicious coffee here this am. However, the young male member of staff kept calling me 'darling' and I (very politely & in a jokey way) gave him feedback that I would prefer him not to do this. His rather passive-aggressive response was the latte art attached... Not the greatest customer service! (If you think I'm a grumpy feminist, ask yourself if he'd use the same language to a man?)"
