"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 big daddy breakfasts but what came in the box seemed like it was someone’s left overs. Only a handful of chips, sausages undercooked and don’t even get me started on the “grilled tomato”. You can get bigger breakfasts for half the price these scammers are charging. These people don’t care what they’re serving to their customers and have no passion for their business. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT ORDER."

"Absolute abomination "DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM THIS PLACE" honestly guys microwaved food and old products this place is a true squalor. As soon as I opened the container a stench of the fowl smell came to my senses. The photos online of the place is fake I urge you to drive past then you will see. This is meant to be a Jacket Potato and a lasagne it went straight in the bin."

"I saw this place while passing by and decided to try, esp for the price: - İnside is very smoky and tight, so İ took take away. İ have read other reviews about hygiene, but did not see anything myself to confirm - The food was warm and felt fresh and wait time was 11 mins. - The chicken was cooked through, was good - Rice was very disappointing. Somehow there was more more onion and pepper than rice, so had to take 10 mins to clear rice of almost all onion and pepper (did not say on the menu, İ thought it is plain rice). İt was also very oily. Overall 3 stars. They need to refresh the place, put better ventilation, I wud even say downsize the menu."

"I am very disappointed and frustrated with Cafe Zara for providing me with this pitiful meal DESPITE me being a regular customer. This is not just a one time thing - they have continuously downsized their portion size and the quality of their food decreased each time I ordered from them. Today's order was the FINAL STRAW as I received a PATHETIC portion size, the presentation was HIDEOUS and I was extremely unsatisfied with the quality of the food. I ordered 2 of the 'Big Daddy' meals and both resembled SOMEONE'S LEFTOVERS. The meals came with no less than 5 pieces of potato fries. The quality of the eggs were STOMACH CHURNING and the meal was supposedly meant to come with a grilled tomato. As you can see from the picture, there is no tomato in sight! I will NOT be ordering from Cafe Zara again as this issue has been ongoing. Clearly, they do not value their customers and I am 100% certain you can purchase a much more fulfilling breakfast from other cafes for HALF the price Cafe Zara charges."

"I am honestly very disappointed in the quality of food and service. We ordered from the all day breakfast menu and asked for two Zara signature breakfasts. However, what we had received were cold eggs, stale stodgey hash browns, the tiniest portion of beans and mushrooms, and the sausage was disgusting. There were no sauces brought out to the table, there was no sugar for my watery cheap tea. Later when paying the bill we had learnt that this was their standard breakfast and they had gotten our order wrong. Regardless of this you should not be able to serve food of this standard to anyone. Definitey not a good first impression. Would give a zero if I could."
