Reviews
"If I could give it zero stars I would. The tuna sandwich was made with stale bread and full of cheese (I'm allergic and didn't presume to ask if it'd be in it as it's an odd ingredient!) the chicken was dry, the chips were uncooked. The bill was more than the menu listed as "we changed the prices but didn't update the menu". The staff were abrupt and as a cash only restaurant yet no advice of where a cashpoint was and generally just no manners or customer service."
"Same owners and management for the car wash and cafe. They block the whole pavement which is dangerous as they force the public including the disabled, pushchairs and elderly to the road towards oncoming cars just to cross around the pavement them. Despite the council putting up a notice on the black gate of a fine for potential customers. The car wash employees are openly racist to other low paid staff that are not from their Eastern European background, and they employ cheap labourers that don't have the correct documents."
"I disagree with Zahid Islam's comment further below. Yes its a Romanian cafe but they make great cappuccino and I felt absolutely welcome and was left to my business in here. They had other non-Romanian non-E.European customers who seemed on friendly terms with the ladies behind the counter. I look forward to popping back in there when I need a strong pick-me-up."
"By Romanians, for Romanians. Avoid! The entire duration I was in this cafe, I felt very unwelcome. Staff were rude at me and just wanted me to be gone, despite the fact that I was a paying customer and eating my food quietly in a corner."
