"I have bought and sold properties for over 25 years. I have never experienced such incompetence and frankly dishonesty when trying to deal with Luke Hassett at Affinity Seven Law In Rochdale. To be clear these are my buyers solicitors, of course I have had my own for many years and know how they work. From the start there were problems. Upon receipt of the memo of sale, they did nothing. Upon being chased 2 weeks later they said they had not been instructed by the buyers. Instead of saying something to his first time, inexperienced buyers, he remained silent. This seems to be a theme. Then enquiries, fully responded to within days. After no response for 5 weeks (2 of which he was on holiday with no cover apparently and a huge 'backlog'), Affinity Seven said they had not received replies to 3 enquiries. Which you may ask? Well it took another 17 days to find out the specifics, irrelevant because all had been done now 7 weeks prior. So falsely accusing my solicitor. I have no idea what they are doing to this point but they are about to cost their client their new home as I have had enough. Still complete silence despite all parties chasing them day after day. I am beginning to wonder if Luke even has a pulse. Just terrible."
