"I enjoyed the matcha latte and the slice of matcha cake I had. Really delicious flavours, and the latte was nicely balanced with the matcha and the milk. The ambiance is pretty relaxed so it's nice to come here solo or with a friend for a chat. Like someone mentioned below, the front of house was inefficient. Took about 10 minutes for someone to take my order, even though it was clear that I was ready to order for a while, and I had to call someone over to take the order. Also took an additional 10 minutes to make the latte and for the slice of cake to come. The flavours made up for it, but the service wasnt as expected"

"Great coffee, great looking shop, and good presentation. The front of house is terrible. Walk-ins given seats and those who booked are forgotten about. Very long time to order, no table service and uncoordinated wait staff. There is a lot of lost efficiency in the front of house."

"I tried a Japanese curry with chicken and a balanced bowl with rice. They were both very nice. Curry is between medium hot to hot for a Japanese curry (according to Japanese curry block level of spiciness), so it's not as that hot compared to other curries from different cuisines. I also tried Basque cheese cake and a slice of banana bread. They were also very nice. It really is like having a nice cafe you would find in Japan in London. I'm very happy I've found this place. Never knew it's been there for 6 years. I would definitely start going back for more."
