"This cafe has a selection of hot drinks and food (pastries, brownies etc.) and is just inside the entrance to the pool. They offer a 20% discount on hot drinks if you have a reusable cup - but only THEIR reusable cup!?! When asked why not for any cup that reduces waste the staff had no explanation: disappointing."
"I asked for a not too hot latte so that I can drink it quickly before my child finishes a swimming lesson. I got a boiling latte. And then they said they cannot make it any colder because they need to heat the milk!? How come I get normal temperature lattes every day in another cafe?"
