"No contact or whatsoever regarding the outcome, not even received one email to keep me updated 2 months don't even know who's my solicitor is that's dealing with the case. When I ring the reply I get everytime is that they seeing another client and will get back to me but no-one gets in contact. Unreliable, they tell lies, does not do the job and act on your best interest. Unable to trust, pushes the blame. To be honest I don't even know what I'm paying for."

Average waiting time is 6 weeks to reply one email. This is totally unacceptable !!! Open the file for almost 4 months , nothing has been done . Honestly avoid this place"
