"Precious gem in a bustling tourist area. The place is clean and the staff welcoming in an unpretentious way. I had the chicken escalope with mushroom and cheese and rice for £9.80. Food came piping hot and was tasty - perfect comfort food for a cold day. I told a friend that it reminded me of the kind of restaurants locals frequent when I was in Portugal a few weeks before and am pleasantly surprised to know that it is in fact a Portuguese restaurant (I know, clearly not the most observant person around)!"
