"Selsdon Costa needs a refurbishment. Please get rid of tired and worn furniture, marks to seats and visible scratches to tables. Mocha was Luke warm with bubbles and froth on top , clearly not made properly but the staff member was apologetic and made another which tasted a lot better."

"I spend a lots of money In costa coffee around Surrey but the worst one is selsdon branch , one member of staff needs training and manners and she should know how to speak to customers , there was a coffee shop opposite Costa called the wild bean has been sold , which is a shame all costa customers used to go there ."
