"Booked a table from their website, showed up in their restaurant and the staff didn't even bother to greet. I told him I have reserved a table for lunch and he was rude, unprofessional and have zero knowledge about the business. I was asked to "just sit" in a very harsh tone. He even said that he didn't understand what I'm saying, fair enough. It is understandable that English is not everyone's first language, so am I, but having such an attitude and manners is unacceptable for any cultures. I didn't even receive the menu and he asked me to "eat whatever we have here (while pointing at the bistro)", which looks nothing like what was advertised on the website. Another staff member came to me and apologised, mentioning there might be a confusion as many customers have the same confusion...whatever, I accept the apology but it was too late because the damage couldn't be undone. It was a very bizzare experience that took less than 3 minutes. I was just asking for a table but got barked by the staff which look surprised and confused with what I say. It will be useful to learn basic communication skills, let alone working in a service sector. Was a shame because the menu and price is very attractive, but I walked out of the cafe almost immediately when the staffs created such an uncomfortable atmosphere. I would advice the business to get better and professional staffs to avoid that havoc."
"Wouldn't give it one star. Booked table and turned up on time. Man behind counter when I said I had booked said ' it's not a restaurant, we don't do bookings, they don't have a menu and they sell what you can see'. All I could see were 4 wraps. He was not friendly and we left. Can only presume it's a new owner and just hasn't touched the old website."
"Had Chai Latte with group of friends loved the atmosphere and decorations."
"A lovely place with friendly but professional staff. Good food and drinks. Will be going back again and highly recommend."
