"First time for me, nice atmosphere let down by a rather abrupt staff, the coffee was slightly to hot and whilst an initially lovely chocolaty taste disappointed with a bitter aftertaste, with a lot of choices in the area doubt I will try again, shame!"

"Atrocious - I was called 30 mins after my order should have arrived, only to be told it wouldn't be coming. There are so many better options for brekkie/brunch - don't waste your time here!"

"Wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, I did not have a great experience here. I've been living in Parson's Green for 5 years and this was my first time visiting. Was not greeted well by either staff members (taking my order and the other serving my coffee). Neither smiled or thanked me for my service and instead carried on their own conversation. I noticed that the next customer (older lady, dressed well, was greeted by a friendly smile). The latte itself was not the best either.. couldn't really taste the coffee. The almond croissant was nice, although as it had been left out, was quite hard. Will not be returning."

"I’ve been to District a number of times as it’s the best coffee spot in Parsons Green! Sadly, this morning it wasn’t a good experience. Post refurb and offering free coffee, there was no organisation, communication and the refurb wasn’t finished (loose matting by the door, someone could trip over) the queue was all over the place, customers picking up coffees which weren’t theirs or had ordered after others. Over half of the orders I heard being shouted out were wrong. Incorrect wait times were issued. If you are offering free coffee’s you should have experienced staff on and communicate with customers. From my experience having managed cafes, that’s all it takes. Communication is key and there wasn’t any, it was a shambles!"

"Snug, bright white with a whiff of hipster. Right next to the tube entrance. Nicely crafted oat latte but didn’t have much of a punch. Lots of cold beverages available too."
